Bungei determined to bring back Central Rift’s Previous glory

Place, Date: Wilfred Bungei, the newly appointed chairman of Central Rift Athletic Kenya has pledged to bring back the previous glory of the athletics-rich nation. The erstwhile Olympics 800m champ was recruited last Wednesday post departure of  Abraham Mutai.

Abraham was somewhat forced to leave his post following his conviction last year in Kapsabet court o the charge of incitement.

Being Hydrated While Running

Running becomes tough when one gets dehydrated. It affects the performance of the runners. For long runs one needs to be hydrated. According research hydrating before running is important. Drinking water before you start running is compulsory as it is after running. Drinking wholesome water before two hours is imperative. After a total of 16 ounce more water is bad for the body.

A hydration belt is important. After every few minutes drinking water makes a person hydrated but hydration belt is another variant. It keeps the water flowing throughout the stomach. The belts are easy to be put up on the stomach and in this way the water is accessible to the body without the regular intake after every hour. The new belts do not require much adjustability. The experienced runners also give credibility to the ones using the belts and hints that it is a sign of positivity.

Water stations in the course of the training is another way of escaping away in short breaks for consumption of water. If a proper station is not there one can keep water bottles in secret places and quick sip gives them energy. The places also provide escapade to intake of fresh breath. The level of blood also does not reduce down to bare minimum. A backpack to keep you hydrated is another way that ensures the runners a better training on the course. Some bottles can be easily filled as they have bladder.

Sometimes the body becomes over hydrated and during those times less intake of water is advisable. Exercise is important that keeps the fluid in motion. Drinking enough water is the ideal step for the runners. Increase of the weight of body is also a sign of excess water. So checking of the correct measure is vital.
